Using water-based paints. For best adhesion, we recommend starting with Createx Scenix SSR Clear layer or 6000 Auto-Air transparent sealer.
Glass is a very difficult surface to paint on because of the low adhesion of most materials. Using Scenix or Sealer as a primer will help to promote better adhesion and low tack masking materials can be used over it.

It’s far from the finish and there still a lot to do. Hood insert not finished, clear coat not finished, some details on external design still missing. Didn’t even started on the interior which will be custom as well, but today we’ve got it out of the shop to get some sunshine…

The only ‘rules’, per say, are being conscious of the materials you are airbrushing and which paints you will need in order to get the desired results, but we will go into specifics based on the item as we go.
